Wonderful Vintage 30's Blue & White Pieced Stars Antique Quilt

  
This beautiful 30's blue and white stars quilt is hand. Pieced and hand quilted, with a solid blue border.

And is in very good condition, with slight color loss in places (exaggerated by the brightly-lit pics) and no wear. The quilt feels strong and sturdy overall. The hand quilting is superb, with close rainbow designs quilted throughout at an even 7-8 stitches to the inch. The back is pale blue, the machine stitched binding is light blue, and the batting is thin. No surprises with this vintage CLASSIC in two pleasing shades of blue!
