Vintage Tumbling Block 1920's Quilt Multicolor Velvet Silk Handmade Flimsy. I think this is called a flimsy. So it's the top portion. It needs some love and needs to be restored.

There are multiple pieces of fabric from the 20's. Some are breaking off due to age. Velvet pieces I believe are too. The stitching on the back is completely done by hand. It looks like the pieces on the outskirts" flags" were attempted to be sewn by machine.

Some of the pieces on the edges are coming apart. Looks like the original was 1920's and then someone tried to restore it. Thinking 1950's 1960's on the outskirts areas flags.

Unsure what the material is. Some of the original newspapers on the back are still present. Some of the fabric Is tearing in the photos or discolored. Overall if this gets in the right hands your about to have the most beautiful vintage/ attempted restored quilt ever!!!
