Vintage Patchwork Quilt, Variation Churn Dash, 1930's Cotton 84-1/2" x 76", Quilted. Presenting a cotton variation of the Churn Dash quilt dating from 1930's and skillfully hand sewn, and ALL hand quilted. A great country quilt found in a old country farmhouse.

This quilt is in as found condition. No repairs, no holes, light fading to some colors, small light stain as seen in last photo. The batting is medium thickness. All hand sewn, binding is sewn back to front to form binding, the edges are hand sewn together.

This quilt is reminiscent of a very grand and regal p eriod when quilters had time to skillfully finish a quilt. The size is a 76" x 84-1/2". The quilt would work on a full sized bed or a queen and is in go od, unwashed condition. There are hand done stitching, throughout at 8 to 9 stitches to the inch.

The quilt consists of diagonal quilting and triple circles. I have a nice collection of other antique quilts located in my store.
