Vintage Handmade quilt top RARE DESIGN 100s of Appliques Elephants People Flower. I'M SURE YOU WOULD NEVER FIND ANOTHER ONE LIKE THIS ONE. IT IS RARE AND UNUSUAL TO SAY THE LEAST! It has hundreds of appliqués on it.

Elephants, flowers, hearts with a sun in it, people (I think), some that I have no idea what they are. The appliques are all hand stitched I'm sure.

It looks like the straight seams have been done on a machine. By the looks of the material I would guess the machine would have been a very old version one. I have no idea what material this is. It measures approximately 106" x 86". It's very heavy and if my scale is correct it weighs over 4-1/2 pounds.

The older lady said she really did not know anything about the quilt but has had it quote "for a while". I'm sure their must be places that may need attention but I did not find anything that I could see.

I tried to get the colors as accurate as I could. It's rather on the dark side.
