Vintage Handmade Quilt 72 X 82. Each Piece Sewn With Love By My Great Grany

  
This piece of art was created by my great-grandmother. It is completely hand stitched. It's never been slept under just passed down from each generation. My sisters have all passed (except 1 and she inherent a quilt), and I have no one left to pass it on, too, as my son has no interest. The last 5 pics show a slight grey color on the back side...

It's not really noticeable, but I did want to mention it. It almost looks like a few spots of the darker color from the top quilt might show through.

Hand-made quilts back then we're not made super heavy since they were stitched by hand. I couldn't find any spots at all on the top of the quilt. I know my mother and my grandmother never used this quilt for personal use. I was not alive when my great grandmother made it, however, outside of a little bit a wear on the edges (I took a pic of the edges) it looks most likely like it did when she finished it. I have stored it in a closed closet since 2008.
