Vintage Handmade Cotton Old Quilt, Trip Around the World, Postage Stamp, Pastels

  
This is an old one - but a GREAT ONE! Appears to be all hand sewn - and so many tiny stitches! Lightweight coverlet type quilt - solid lavender back that shows the stitches so well! No real damage here, just a few small areas of discoloration and one small area of damage. The front side is the beautiful pastel colors and so many squares! The colors and fabrics chosen were gorgeous! Soft cotton from years ago! The pastels just blend perfectly.... Spring and summer on your bed! This one has been used - you can see some of the squares need some love or you need to accept them as is. You can repair or tun this quilt into something else - or just accept it as it is and leave it alone. At least queen size - Measures 88x101 inches. Some thinning in areas and only one small area where the hole appears to goe through to the backside though. No large stains or anything or no heavy rips or large tears.

Just wear to the pastel side as you will see in the pics. The color are still amazing!!

Soft shades of lavender, purple, pink, yellow, blue, orange, white and floral - its all here! With an item of this age you should always expect some wear and small areas of spotting or discoloration.

Again, this one measures 88x101. It is a vintage item and needs to be viewed as such. This was one of our great estate finds so I can no provide you any further information on it.
