Vintage Hand Quilted Appliqued & Embroidered PANSY FLOWERS Quilt CRISP & UNUSED

  

CRISP and in Excellent Condition - Hand Quilted at 8 sti on fine quality heavy cream colored cotton sateen. The quilting designs were all marked by hand, you can still see the pencil markings on this unwashed and unused antique quilt. The pretty hand appliqued Pansy Flowers are in 5 different colors and each one has red turkey foot embroidery in neat grid work surrounding them. Beautiful quilting patterns all around the wide outer border in cable and cloud designs.

The self binding was turned to the back and neatly hand stitched. The reverse is the same beautiful cream colored cotton sateen fabric as on the front and there is a thin cotton batting. All in excellent condition with only a few tiny pin dots of discoloration, see last photo. Please note this quilt is a cream color.
