Beautiful Vintage Double Wedding Ring Quilt. All Handmade Feed Sack Patchwork quilt. 90 x 82 shown on Queen Bed. 110 Rings In 11 rows by 10 rows of rings. The interlocking wedding rings measure approximately 11-12 wide.
Predominant colors are blues/denim stripes at ring intersections. Double Wedding Rings: beautiful multicolor assortment. Background is newer, crisp white cotton between the colorful rings.
Backing: matching, newer crisp white cotton. Hand pieced with fine stitches, and quilted by hand.
The hand quilting is very fine at an amazing. X stitched in the open white areas. Colors are bright and cheerful, with no fading. Light to medium weight Quilt. Batting is evenly distributed w no clumping.Binding is light blue with light white striping. Edges are finished along the shape of the outer rings forming scallops. The binding is in perfect condition with no wear.
