Vintage Bow Tie Quilt Top 238 Blocks of Beautiful Feedsack Fabrics

  

This is a vintage 1930's bow tie quilt top with 238 bow tie blocks in some of the most fantastic feed sack and novelty fabrics I've seen! Each block is 4-1/2" X 4-12" set straight 14 X 17. The top is hand pieced at 6-7 stitches per inch using mostly white thread and a few areas of black thread.

There is some fading to 3 green fabrics that may be linen, 1 or 2 spots and one seam split on an edge. Considering the number of blocks in this top, it lies very flat. It measures 65-1/2" X 80-1/2".
