Vintage Amish Style Quilt Handmade Sewn Lady Parasol Umbrella WithBonnet 89x102
Hours and hours of handwork! Were commonly made in this area by ladies church groups or by hand at home. I acquired this beauty at an estate sale in central Minnesota. Handmade and Quilted -Lady with a Parasola design. Hand stitched but does have machine stitched edges. Made of cotton fabric with batting. Measures a very large 89 x 102.
We laid it across a queen bed for pictures and it hung over. I would say it was never used, but does have two discolored areas that I think would come out with soaking or dry cleaning. These are shown in pictures 5 & 6.
