Cottage Floral Handmade Patchwork Quilt. Shown displayed on my queen size bed. This 1980's - 1990's era handmade quilted coverlet has a soft pastel color scheme: mixing stripes, Swiss dots, romantic floral prints, ditzy prints in an intricate double wedding ring pattern. What makes this special: There's lots of hand stitching in the details, with pinwheel daisies stitched into the white patches that make up the largest patches and a scalloped edge trim around the border. Decorating ideas: Shown displayed with the Ralph Lauren Porcelain blue and white china print dust ruffle, and it's a good match.

This sits nicely with shabby chic type pieces for a romantic cottage vibe. Colors: white with pinks, cornflower blue, teals, coral, apricot and highlights of yellow.
