MUSEUM QUALITY 1880's Red White & Indigo Blue 9-Patch Antique Quilt TINY PIECES! The quilt was made by a woman named Nettie Via of Preble City, Ohio. It measures 76" X 84" and is in excellent, never washed condition, with a couple of small brown spots (see photos) and no wear. The quilt feels strong and sturdy overall. There is straight line quilting throughout at an even 8-9 stitches to the inch, with faint pencil marks still visible in places. The back is white, the hand stitched binding is solid red, and the batting is thin. You can see cotton seed residue inside when you hold the quilt up to the light.
