Hexagon Flower Garden Patchwork Quilt 92x 74 Vintage Large Handmade

  

This is a beautiful handmade vintage quilt. I believe it is a hexagon flower garden patchwork quilt. You can tell this was hand-sewn.

It is large for a vintage quilt measuring 92" x 74". It looks like they used old fabric from clothes or something else to make all the hexagon flowers, because you can see the different faded fabric they used and they obviously ran out of and had to do a few rows with a little different color fabric. This is done in red, blue, pink and yellow with a white background / trim and white back. I'm not a quilter, but my grandmother was an avid talented quilter so I know this took a lot of man-hours to make. This is in remarkable condition, with a few loose threads that will need to be resewn, and a few small stains.

Most of the stains are on the back, so you technically could remove the back panel and just replace it, or they may clean right out, but I will the cleaning to a quilt expert. There are a few small stains on the front, but they are hard to see. I don't see any holes or obvious damage. We have done our best to show these areas in the photos.
