Handmade Vintage Quilt Coat
Cozy, comfortable, slouchy, made from a very sturdy vintage plaid-and-ivory checkerboard quilt in great shape! It was designed for a slightly oversized fit to make sure there is plenty of room for bulky sweaters underneath and the ability to move around freely, even with a bunch of layers.
Approximate measurements taken flat (double where appropriate): armpit to armpit 28", top to bottom total 34", wrist 7. This coat is unlined which means seams are visible. The last photo is a close-up of the inside some zigzags are loose but they were purely for looks (not structural). I love that little horizontal Frankenstein line....
