Exciting Country Home ANTIQUE Civil War Era Mini Baskets QUILT 82x62. A wonderful quilt that will be hard to part with! So nice and early, this block pattern is listed as "Unnamed 1860". The blocks feature tiny, 3 baskets, 4 of these facing each other, with teeny hand appliqued basket handles.
The fabrics are lovely, so many variations to enjoy. Hand quilted at 8 tiny stitches per inch. Very good condition with one block having surface wear, and one basket having a surface split in the fabric. This quilt has some age spotting on the back and mild surface soil.
