An early quilt in turkey red and prussian blue. The quilting is fine with beautiful feather quilting that vines along the border. Measures 98 x 78 inches.

Hand quilted at 12-14 stitches per inch. Some areas we couldn't even get a count it was that dense. Edges are turned and hand sewn. Age/other spotting tanning, the tiny accents in the turkey red have bites throughout. This is typical to see with the early reds. Some color lift and stitch darns. Offered from a private collection we acquired. We helped assemble collections world wide making long time friends and return customers along the way.
