DAZZLING Vintage 1870's Red & White Lady of the Lakes Ocean Waves Antique Quilt
This MAGNIFICENT cotton 1870's red and white "lady of the lakes" / ocean waves quilt is hand pieced and hand quilted. It measures 76" X 90" and is in excellent condition, with a couple of small, faint spots and no wear. There are straight line and grid designs quilted throughout at an even 8 stitches to the inch. The back and treadle machine stitched binding are white, and the batting is thin. The EYE CATCHING DESIGN, VIBRANT RED, and GREAT CONDITION make this 19th century COLLECTOR'S QUILT stand out!
