Cheery Vintage 30's Touching Stars Antique Quilt Novelty Prints

  

This beautiful cotton 20's/30's touching stars quilt is all hand pieced and hand quilted, with whimsical "novelty prints" used in places. It measures 70" X 78" and is in very good condition, with the occasional small spot and no wear or fade.

There is quilting around the piecework and in straight line / zigzag designs in the border, all at 6-7 stitches to the inch. The back and hand stitched binding are white and the batting is thin. NO SURPRISES with this vintage CLASSIC -- it's much nicer in real life!
