After a few long dark nights of the soul and the ongoing pandemic, we know we have to part with some treasure. This stunning, amish wedding ring pattern quilt has been in my family for many years, bigger even than a king size bed and nearly - it would appear impossible to photograph, especially in awful winter light, but it is made of beautiful, blush , pinks and soft dusky pale tones with a pale green accent. The edges are scalloped and the underside is a soft pink. A truly beautiful piece, my photos really don't do it justice, its just very large and the January light isn't kind in our house! I would love for this to go to someone who really knows and loves this type of piece, having grown up with someone pattern cutting and piece making all the time the countless hours of love and devotion this must have taken is sublime and it needs to be in a home where it can be out, adored and appreciated.
