Antique Vintage 1930s/40s QUILT Hand Appliqued Hand Stitched 70 X 90 PANSIES
VINTAGE 1930'S HAND APPLIQUED, HAND QUILTED QUILT. THIS MEASURES 70" BY 90". ALL COTTON WITH A THIN COTTON BATTING. THERE ARE 2 TINY HOLES THAT COULD BE EASILY REPAIRED. NO USE STAINS, JUST ONE VERY VERY LIGHT YELLOW TINY SPOT AND ONE QUILTERS FINGER SPOT, SEE PHOTOS. THE HAND QUILTING IS AMAZING AND TRULY DONE BY AN ARTISAN. THE APPLIQUE AND EMBROIDERY WORK WAS ALSO MASTERFULLY DONE. ZOOM IN TO APPRECIATE THIS FINE NEEDLEWORK. THERE IS A LIGHT OVERALL FADE WITH COLORS STILL SHOW THEIR BEAUTY. THE TOP BINDING HAS SOME FRAYING.
THE QUILT IS BACKED IN A SLIGHT OFF WHITE COTTON. THIS HAS A GREAT DRAPE. PRAIRIE POINT EDGES FOR AN EXTRA PLUS. A WONDERFUL QUILT THAT STILL HOLDS ITS BEAUTY.
