Jewelry: 1910 - 1939 Art Deco. The quilts were all stored in the attic of an old trunk for many. The ex-owner would be 135+ yrs old now. The quilts were handed down in her. Offered here is an antique turn of the century to 1920's era colorful Pinwheel quilt. Back features a flower print fabric done in a pale baby blue with pink and yellow flowers.

Lovely quilt has great colorful decoration consisting of great solid pale & dark blue, aqua, pink, grey, yellow, red, flour sack white, baby green, cornflower blue and plaid, gingham, flowers and. Wonderful hand stitching in a great pattern. Interesting, we think that perhaps this was done by a beginner quilter judging by the irregularities in the stitching, not evenly matched. This quilt is really a work of art; such fine craftsmanship, one can only imagine the.

The quilt is great, colorful, and beautiful when it is first looked at. Upon closer inspection we found. The border-many frayed areas, can be sewn and repaired.

A few stains (4) on front. Batting bunched up in eall sections.

Maybe put in a washer at one time? Some mending issues on front (4 places). On back: looks like 3 tea stains. Another different piece of blue fabric, 15" x 10", sewn on back.

Looks like it is original to the quilt. Measures approximately 72" Wide x 77" High, a double size, almost a square, so. Could be used on a table. Gorgeous to be mounted and used as a wall decoration.
