Antique Patchwork Quilt Handsewn Early 1900s Fabric Hand Stitched Calico Indigo

  
Hand stitched construction in the early 1900s. A new backing was added later with those little yarn bits being added to hold it together. Indigo dyed calico stars and snowflakes and stripes.

This quilt would have taken forever to make, lots of very small strips hand stitched together. A true piece of Americana and art. Has some stains on backing but no holes or large tears.
