A delightful Dresden Plate quilt with 20 different plates hand-stitched in both brightly colored and pastel fabrics. Each plate features 20 different sections of patchwork triangles on a white cotton ground and the stitching is very strong. The quilt features a very distinctive and creatively designed scalloped edging on all four sides. The photos were taken on a double bed. The condition is excellent for its age.

We note one area between two plates with a smudge (see photos). It is a bit dusty and we have not laundered it.
