Antique Grandmother's Flower Garden Feedsack Quilt Hand Quilted & Pieced 62x80
From a recent estate sale is an antique quilt in the Grandmother's Flower Garden pattern. The quilt measures about 62.5" by 80.5" and is shown in the photos on a double bed. The hexagons are about 1 across and the blocks are hand pieced and the quilt is hand quilted. This is in very nice condition. For some reason there are some thread knots on the back side - not sure why the quilter would do this - and I see a couple of loose threads. There is one flower that I show in photo 4 that has 2 shades of pink in the ring.
