Antique Beautiful Star Quilt

  

This beautiful old Star Quilt has been in my family as long as I can remember. The maker of this quilt used what ever fabric she had and did a beautiful job on the stars.

The quilting is gorgeous and it has a very soft feel to it. It is all hand pieced and hand quilted with stitches very even and small about 8 inches to an inch. It is 100% cotton and is very old. It looks like it has warmed a lot of family's. The binding is a separate piece of fabric attached to both sides.

The quality of this quilt is very good. It does have some stains on the back non none on the front but has not been wash in years.
