82 X 94 Hand Stitched Vintage Quilt Cross Stitch Cotton Gold Yellow Green

  
82" x 94" Hand Stitched - Vintage American Quilt - Gold, Yellow, & Green Cross Stitch - Cotton. This pretty quilt is cross stitched in cotton embroidery floss on pure white cotton with a solid white cotton backing. It has profuse hand-stitched quilting and a lightly embroidered border trimming the hemmed edges. The pattern is yellow gold and a darker gold, the leaves and diagonals are tiny green stitches. Please note the one dark discoloration in the photos. I have not attempted any cleaning and leave that to the quilt experts. Overall there may be very slight discolored spots, only slightly evident in outside light. Beautiful, intricate stitches, even the hem!

Lightweight for use alone or layering. This may have been from a vintage Bucilla pattern, but I have not identified this unusual design. It's a good, big size-- 82" by 94" and from an estate in south central Pennsylvania, Lancaster County.
