1920s Friendship Quilt -72" x 81". This quilt is in very good condition, no tears or holes, it has been well cared for over the years. This quilt is all hand made, no machine stitches.

Years ago women would get together in a group, called quilting bees. They usually worked on blocks individually and would sew their names on their blocks and then put them all together and assemble into a quilt. Friendship quilts were made with love and friendship.
