Here we have a beautifully made Dresden Plate Quilt dating from the 1930s. A myriad of depression era feedsacks in pastel colors have been appliqued on a soft white background.
A variety of patterns ranging from flowers to plaids to geometrics have been blended in a very eye-catching presentation. The quilt is hand quilted and features great border detail. Measuring slightly larger than 88" by 70", the quilt is in very good condition, with little evidence of fading, a few small stains, and no musty odor.
