Vintage 1950's Handmade CATHEDRAL WINDOW QUILT BLANKET 83 x 69 inches AWESOME

  

1950's or 60's CATHEDRAL WINDOW QUILT Vintage Colorful Material approx. 83" x 69" 15/16 squares wide x 20/21 long = 635 squares! Green/Grey Border is about 10 inches wide. Quilted area is 62.25 x 49.4 inches. I'm not a quilt expert, but consulted those who are and their jaws dropped at first glance upon this stunning quilt.

Immediately they knew it was hand made and judged by the mostly knit material that it was from the 50's or early 60's. The size, hours of dedication, selection of colors & material, plus the painstaking coveted Cathedral pattern make this a premiere quilt for the ages. I don't have the history on this. As a result, there are some tiny tack holes along one edge.

Condition overall is very good. I've included a few pics of the worst areas in need of some quick repair. If that is true, then at my asking price you would have some immediate equity with the potential for more. Customer is responsible for paying these.
